The CWF Plumber Partner Program is a tiered referral system built around how often you actually send work our way. The more you refer, the more you earn — base payouts up to $750 per job, plus a 5% bonus on every job over $5,000.

The Structure
Three tiers. Pick yours.
Tier is determined by how many qualifying jobs you refer in a calendar year. Everyone starts at Bronze the day they enroll and moves up as referrals come in.

Any water or fire damage job you send our way that we close — meaning the customer signs and we complete the mitigation work. We don't pay on leads that don't convert, but we'll always tell you why one didn't move forward.
Within 30 days of job completion. Direct deposit or paper check — your choice when you enroll.
Yes. As soon as you cross a tier threshold, the new payout rate kicks in for the next job. Tiers reset at the start of each calendar year.
All of Chicagoland — Cook, DuPage, Lake, Will, Kane, and McHenry counties. If your customer is just outside that line, give us a call anyway, we'll usually still cover it.
The program is structured around your company, not individual technicians. We can issue payments to the business, and you can distribute them internally however you'd like.
Even better. We work direct with every major carrier in Illinois and handle the paperwork ourselves. Your customer doesn't get stuck in the middle, and your referral still counts.
